Boardshorts are the longer, performance-led style: 18–22" outseams, a fixed or hybrid waistband and fabric engineered to stay put in the water. They suit surf, swim-sport and premium beachwear lines.
We manufacture custom men's boardshorts from 200 pieces per style and color, in quick-dry polyester or nylon with spandex for stretch. Choose the outseam, waistband, liner, pockets and print, and we make a pre-production sample in 7–10 days before bulk.
Bulk production runs 25–40 days after sample approval, with a final inspection to AQL 2.5 and third-party inspection welcome.
