Private label is the difference between buying someone else's product and selling your own. We manufacture boardshorts, swim shorts, swim trunks, ponchos and beach towels to your specification, then finish them with your labels, hangtags, care labels and packaging so they arrive retail-ready.

Private label, OEM and ODM — how they relate
These three terms get mixed up constantly, and the confusion costs buyers time. The clean split:

So a private label order is usually also either OEM or ODM. If you already have a tech pack, you want OEM private label. If you need a product fast, ODM private label gets you to market without a development cycle.
What you need before we start
1. The product
A design, tech pack or reference garment. A photograph works as a starting point; a physical reference is better for fit and fabric.
2. Your labels
Logo artwork, label type and fold, care-label wording and the languages your market requires.
3. Size & colour
Your size chart with grade rules, and Pantone references or a physical colour standard.
4. Quantity
Order quantity per design and colour, so we can confirm fabric and give a firm unit price.
How a private label order runs
Step 1 — Brief & quote
Send your product, labels and quantity. We reply within 24 hours with fabric options, an indicative price and the MOQ for your design.
Step 2 — Labelled sample
We produce a pre-production sample in 7–10 days with your labels and hangtags attached, so you approve the finished retail article.
Step 3 — Bulk production
Bulk runs 25–40 days after PP approval, with inline QC and a final inspection to AQL 2.5 before packing.
Step 4 — Packed & shipped
Packed to your specification, then shipped by sea, air or express courier depending on your market and timeline.

Private label means we manufacture to your specification and put your brand on the product - your labels, hangtags, care labels and packaging. The design can be yours (OEM) or adapted from our range (ODM).

MOQ is 200 pieces per style and color per design and colour for garments. Beach towels start at 100 pcs per design. Sizes can be mixed freely within the minimum; colourways cannot.
Yes. Woven or printed neck labels, care labels, hangtags, belly bands, printed polybags and gift packaging are all available. Send the artwork and we will confirm the specification and lead time.
Yes. The pre-production sample can carry your labels and hangtags so you see the finished retail article, not just the garment. Sampling takes 7–10 days per style.
Bulk production runs 25–40 days after PP sample approval and confirmation of all details. Repeat orders on stocked fabric can ship sooner.
